ISCT西堀勉強会　Inter-disciplinary Study Club Tokyoにリモート参加しました。

論文抄読１本目は

Comparison of the vertical bone defect healing abilities of carbonate apatite, β-tricalcium phosphate, hydroxyapatite and bovine-derived heterogeneous bone

最近発売された、炭酸アパタイトで作られた国産の人工骨サイトランスを歯周組織再生療法に使用した際の効果を調べた論文。

２本目は

Histological comparison of three apatitic bone substitutes with different carbonate contents in alveolar bone defects in a beagle mandible with simultaneous implant installation

同じくサイトランスをインプラント前の骨増生GBRに応用した論文。

従来のBio-OssやNEOBONEと比較して早く骨になり、インプラトによくくっつき、スペースメイキングもしやすく、動物由来ではない人工物なので非常に良さそうな材料です。
