ISCT西堀勉強会　Inter-disciplinary Study Club Tokyoに参加してきました。

論文抄読１本目は

歯茎が退縮して根が露出してしまった場合、歯がしみてしまったり、見た目が悪かったりします。

そこで根面被覆術という手術をすると改善するのですが、CTG（結合組織移植）をした場合としない場合で３年後に差は出るのかを調べた論文。

半分はCAF:Coronally Advanced Flap歯冠側移動術のみ
半分はCAF:Coronally Advanced Flap歯冠側移動術＋CTG併用

で比較しました。

結論は多少の隣在歯のアタッチメントロスがある場合でもCTGを併用した方が角化歯肉もできやすいし、完全被覆も起こりやすいということでした。

根面被覆の論文で
1　FGG
2    CAF
3    CAF＋CTG
4    GTR

を比較したところCAFとCAF＋CTGが成功率が高かった。

また、タバコを吸う方、隣接面のアタッチメントロスがある方、NCCL（根面の段差）がある方は成功率が低かった。
