上下無歯顎の患者さんに上顎前歯部領域（５−５）にインプラントを埋入して
取り外し式のバーアタッチメントの義歯を装着する際
４本が予後がいいのか６本がいいのかを前向きにランダマイズして10年後に25人づつ比較した論文
担当は私でした
1年、5年、10年で３本論文を書いており３部作の３本目です
結論は差はなく４本で十分でしょうとのことでした
６本でIODは今の時代はないかなあ
