論文抄読

１本目は

Treatment of peri-implantitis: clinical outcome of chloramine as an adjunctive to non-surgical therapy, a randomized clinical trial
Ann-Marie Roos-Jansaker
 Swedenの先生の論文。
歯周炎になってしまったインプラントにクロラミンという消毒液を用いて非外科的に洗浄した場合の効果について調べた論文。
それなりに効果はあるようですが従来の方法と比べて大きな差はないようです。

２本目は

Maintenance therapy in patients following the surgical treatment of peri-implantitis: a 5-year follow-up study
Giovanni Serino
Swedenの先生の論文。

こちらも歯周炎を起こしてしまったインプラントに外科的手術で対応した５年後を調査した論文。
歯周炎の傾向があった場合は早めに外科的対応をした方がいいようです。
